About Me

I have been cycling and racing for a number of years now. Mainly Time Trialling at 10 mile, 25 mile and 50 mile distances, at UK club and regional level. I am a regular at the Maldon and District CC Evening and weekend Time Trials.

I have also competed in road racing, and have enjoyed a few sessions on track at the Olympic Velodrome, London.

I have completed the training and passed the exams necessary to become a fully qualified Level 3 coach with the Association of British Cycling Coaches (ABCC.)

I am currently the Head Coach for Maldon and District CC.

I continually read the latest scientific research with a view to applying this advantage to the training of my clients.

I get great satisfaction from applying my knowledge and expience to the training and race preparation of my clients and seeing them achieve the results beyond what they were hoping for. Some clients have broken several long-standing club records.
